Global Heights is a residential apartment complex located in Sector-33, Sohna, Gurugram, Haryana. The project has been developed as a multi-tower residential community designed to provide comfortable, secure, and community-oriented living for its residents.

At present, the day-to-day operations and maintenance activities of the society are being managed by the Global Heights Apartment Owners Welfare Association (GH-AOA) in the interest of residents. However, the formal and complete handover of the project from the developer is currently under process. Until such handover is concluded, the developer continues to remain responsible for the proper upkeep and maintenance of the buildings, common areas, internal roads, parks, utilities, sewage treatment plant (STP), and compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

The Managing Committee of the Association is actively engaged with the developer to facilitate the orderly handover of common areas and facilities, transfer of the Interest-Free Maintenance Security (IFMS) amount to the Association, execution and registration of the conveyance deed in favour of the Association, and completion of all related formalities, in accordance with applicable laws and agreements.
